(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint or appoint a person with special knowledge in the insurance business to the position of chairman. (2) The chairman will be the chief administrative officer of the committee and the chairman will have all the rights and duties to implement the decisions of the committee and supervise and control the work of the committee. 3) The term of office of the chairman will be four years and he can be reappointed or appointed. (4) The service, conditions and facilities of the chairman will be as prescribed.
